A freight dispatcher works on behalf of truck drivers and carriers to find loads, negotiate rates, handle paperwork, and ensure everything runs smoothly. We’re your back-office support while you stay focused on the road.


Yes, to use our dispatching services, you must have an active MC and DOT number, along with insurance and all required compliance documents.


Getting started is simple! Fill out our onboarding form, sign our dispatch agreement, submit your required documents (MC authority, W9, insurance), and we’ll begin booking loads tailored to your preferences.


We charge a flat 7% of each load booked. Invoicing is done every Friday.


Yes, we can assist with paperwork submission for factoring companies and help manage invoicing to ensure smooth payments.


Absolutely. We work based on your preferences, including specific lanes, regions, and load types. Your comfort and profitability are our priorities.


No, that’s our job! We find loads that match your profile and only move forward once you approve the details.


Yes! You’ll be assigned a dedicated dispatcher who gets to know your goals, preferences, and communication style.


We dispatch for a variety of equipment types including:

  • Dry Vans
  • Reefers
  • Flatbeds
  • Power Only
  • Hotshots (with CDL)


You’re never obligated to take a load. We’ll keep searching until we find the right one for you.
